Work to expand the coverage area is underway! Right now, kNEEBU is available exclusively in the Chicagoland area. It is coming soon nationwide.

No, both kNEEBU and kNEEBU-Provider apps are completely free to download and sign up. There are no subscription fees or monthly fees to worry about.

Do Service Providers have to pay anything to kNEEBU?2018-07-26T20:39:32+00:00

If you are subscribing as a kNEEBU-Provider, for every service request that you accept and complete, you keep 90% of the total labor fee, after the 10% kNEEBU service fee. kNEEBU incurs any credit card processing fees, which usually ranges from 2.5% – 4% so that the 90% income earned via the kNEEBU-Provider platform is completely yours. As you perform more services through the kNEEBU-Provider, you can earn as much as 93% of the total labor fees.

Is it possible to highlight or feature me as a service provider so more customers can see me in their search results?2018-07-26T20:40:00+00:00

Yes. Our Loyalty Rewards program for kNEEBU Providers allows you to differentiate yourself from other Providers. See more details under “How does your Loyalty Rewards work?”.

Do I have to use the kNEEBU app to get paid by the customer for my services?2018-07-26T20:40:59+00:00

Yes. According to the Terms of Use signed by every Service Provider on kNEEBU-Provider platform, if the initial communication between the customer and service provider was started via the kNEEBU or kNEEBU-Provider platform, OR if the initial service request was initiated/accepted via the kNEEBU or kNEEBU-Provider platform, then you are legally responsible to make sure that the payment for your services to the same customer always occurs via the kNEEBU platform. Your attempts to take payment from that customer outside of kNEEBU platform not only puts you at risk, but also puts your customer at risk for any penalty/penalties that may result from such action(s).

Additionally, kNEEBU and kNEEBU-Provider offer very exciting Loyalty Rewards programs that not only reward you for using the platform, but also benefit several non-profit charitable organizations.

Can I make arrangements with the service provider to pay them cash or pay them outside the kNEEBU platform, instead of paying them through the kNEEBU platform?2018-07-26T20:41:41+00:00

As soon as the service is completed, you will receive an invoice from the service provider via kNEEBU. Once you approve the invoice, payment is automatically deducted from the payment method in your profile.

As soon as the service provider hits the “End Service” button, the invoice is generated which the service provider can review, edit and send to the customer. Once the customer approves the invoice, payment is automatically deducted from the customer’s payment method in their profile.

Does the money go directly to my bank account after I complete the service?2018-07-26T20:44:44+00:00

Yes, if you have set up your bank account. If you have provided your PayPal info, then the money goes in your PayPal account.

What does the “Pause/Resume Service” button do?2018-07-26T20:45:29+00:00

For jobs that may take few hours, if the service provider wants to take a lunch break (or any other break), they can pause the service while they take a break. Or if the job takes multiple days to finish, the service provider can pause when they go home in the evening and resume the next morning when they are back to work.

Can I rate a service provider after initiating a service request, even if I decided to go with another service provider?2018-08-12T20:22:57+00:00

You can only rate a service provider once you have completed a service through them.
